At PixMagic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

1. Damaged or Defective Items: a. Inspection upon Delivery: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 3 days of receiving the order, providing clear photographs of the damaged or faulty product, along with your order details. b. Refund or Replacement: We will assess the issue and, if appropriate, offer a refund or replacement for the damaged or defective item. The choice of a refund or replacement will be at our discretion.

2. Order Cancellation: a. Cancellation Window: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been printed or processed, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method. b. Cancellation After Printing: For custom print orders, once the printing process has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, and we won't be able to provide a refund.

3. Return Procedure: a. Requesting a Return: To initiate a return for non-custom print orders, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide the order details and the reason for the return. b. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. c. Condition of the Item: To be eligible for a refund for non-custom print orders, the returned item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. d. Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs for returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

4. Refund Processing: a. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item (for non-custom print orders) and verify its condition, we will process your refund. b. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon. c. Timeframe: Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Items: a. Custom Prints: Custom print orders, once printed, are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
